Yes, another wine post. What can I say? I like to drink wine. I like to drink wine even more when it is shipped directly to my doorstep. My only complaint is that the bottle of white doesn’t come pre-chilled. I’m sure there are some issues with logistics but I’d still like to see it happen.
My last shipment from California Wine Club arrived a few weeks ago. A bottle of red, a bottle of white. Zinfandel and Chardonnay, to be exact, from Perry Creek Winery. You’ll have to take a quick watch to see why that was important to me and what exactly happened with that wine.
Have you noticed how my wine videos have gotten progressively less sophisticated? It’s not from drinking the wine, I swear. It’s that I am a very casual wine drinker. If it’s good, I’ll remember it. If it’s bad, I’ll forget about it. That’s about as complex as it gets for me.
I’m the perfect candidate for membership in the California Wine Club because I love to try new wines. And in case you’ve forgotten it’s only 60 days until Christmas (or something like that). You might want to think about sending the gift of wine because, trust me, it will be appreciated.
