I was shipped off to college over 20 years ago to the great state of Ohio. Well, I wasn’t really shipped. I chose it.
My college requirements were: must offer both Astronomy and Theater as majors, must be a little competitive to get into, must offer a ridiculous financial aid package, and must be at least two states away from home.
I really just wanted to get out and see the world and thought Cleveland was as good a place as any. That’s really where I developed my love of food. The Chinese food was phenomenal. The pierogies were authentic. And the cheesesticks…

UPDATE: I just looked at the latest Bakers Square menu online and apparently they now serve breaded mozzerella sticks. My heart has shattered into a million pieces.
