This week, I’ve got something HOT to show you and it’s all because of a book I’m reading. It’s called “Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat?” (Answer: yes). So as I’m going through every single corner of my house, I’m asking some hard questions and coming up with some easy answers:
IT’S GOT TO GO!
Luckily, with Show & Tell Tuesday, I have the opportunity to immortalize so many of these things destined for the donation pile right here on video.
Have a video you want to share? Link up and let us glimpse into your life!
(I recommend keeping your video to two minutes or less.)

You’re speakin’ my language now! I love to de-clutter! Sometimes I go through my house and either donate or trash 100 items. It’s amazing how quickly you can gather that many items you don’t need. Have fun clearing out your STUFF 🙂
I realize that the only way to make a big change with your stuff is to change your mindset entirely. This is the first time in my life I truly want LESS instead of MORE! It starts with one sweater, I guess 🙂
I love my grandma sweaters, but that one tops it! My general rule of thumb is that if I haven’t worn it in at least the past year, it needs to go.
I used to actually wear things like turtlenecks and wool sweaters. Thankfully, my style has changed and this no longer needs to occupy space in my closet!!
that was BRAVE!! Love how you tied in to the fact that you still will have the memories WITHOUT the “things”……..BTW your office doesn’t look nearly as bad as mine does!
That was the sentence in the book that was my biggest takeaway. I don’t NEED to sweater to remember the good time I had in Sweden. I shouldn’t equate things to memories. But I have a big house and a loooooooong way to go.
Because my office is my blogging hub, I can clean things out but the next conference I go to will make it look like that all over again. I’m working on it!
