About a month ago, I revealed some really, really embarrassing photos of myself. But those photos did two things for me:
1. Gave me the realization that NOW is the time to do something about my health and fitness.
2. Held me to a certain level of public accountability.
Since that post, I’ve started my journey on the Shaklee 180 Blogger Program. It’s a 180 day program that works like this:
=> 90 days to lose the weight
=> 90 more days to keep it off
90 day + 90 days = 180 days
It’s a program that has me follow a specific calorie allotment for my size and activity level while replacing two of my meals with Shaklee 180 smoothee shakes or meal replacement bars. There are snacks and tea and all sorts of other things but those are the basics to understand where I’m coming from.
